Your Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
* Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
* Work on all aspects of groundwork on projects.
* Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
* Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to plans.
What You Need To Succeed:
* Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in residential construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
