The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role at the heart of our commercial engine.
As Commercial Insight Manager, you'll work closely with Commercial and Marketing teams across multiple regions to support our customer strategy with sharp insight, robust analysis, and compelling sales support.
You'll turn data into direction, helping our teams tell a clear, confident story to major retail partners around the world.
From category performance to promotional effectiveness, your work will directly influence how we grow, win, and strengthen our partnerships.
What You'll Own
Act as the go-to expert on Circana till data, delivering both standard and bespoke reporting across category, brand and competitor performance
Analyse Free From category trends and translate insight into clear commercial recommendations, focused on our top ten global customers
Work with customer platforms such as Retail Link and Tesco Link to drive performance and inform decision-making
Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, promotions and competitor activity, partnering closely with Marketing to share learnings from in-store and online campaigns
Equip the sales team with high-quality materials, product information, pricing data and samples in support of NPD and core business
Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support forecasting and reporting
Own the relationship with our external merchandising agency, coordinating audits and sharing insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Innovation and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Create best-in-class, region- and customer-specific templates for key sales presentations and customer meetings
Support and attend trade shows and industry events
Provide operational and administrative support to the Commercial Director and wider commercial team
Triage incoming sales leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams
What You Bring
Incredible storytelling skills, adapting your style and approach for different audiences, building relationships and credibility
Advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn complex data into clear stories
A strong track record in trend analysis, market monitoring and performance measurement
A highly analytical, commercially minded approach, with sound judgement and strong problem-solving skills
Experience with platforms such as Retail Link, One World Sync, Nielsen, SPINS, Tableau or similar is a distinct advantage
An impartial, data-driven and objective voice within internal discussion and decision-making processes
Expert prioritisation and skilled judgement regarding high impact work
Willingness and enthusiasm for regular work travel (given the global nature of this role, travel of c. 25% will be required)
