Duties and Responsibilities
Attend and actively engage in meetings with clients and the design team.
Oversee multiple projects to ensure high-quality installations.
Ensure compliance with program schedules, materials, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Handle programming, planning, and reporting for all project management tasks.
Participate in project site visits to monitor, review, and approve mechanical installations.
Ensure that commissioning and testing are carried out in accordance with the quality plan.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience
A degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is necessary.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically delivering large-scale technical projects.
Previous work with a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractor in Ireland or the UK, ideally on Industrial or Pharmaceutical projects, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC and building services design.
Previous exposure to Process Piping, Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, and Clean & Dirty Utilities Piping is desirable.
