First Flight Creche and Montessori are currently recruiting suitably qualified Childcare Practitioners in our creche in Furbo, Co. Galway.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Organise materials and resources to ensure that they support the children’s emerging interests and abilities.
* Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
* Work in collaboration with a dedicated team.
* Be highly motivated to work on own initiative.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Maintain a professional and enthusiastic disposition.
* Be flexible and adaptable.
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Show leadership and organisational skills, and lead and motivate a team.
* Operate within all the policies and procedures of the company.
* Garda Vetting is required as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of QQI Level 5 in Childcare or working towards or above is desirable.
