We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a General Operative.
About the Role
As a General Operative, you will be responsible for producing and dispatching products to defined specifications, while meeting daily production targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the supervisor and other team members to identify and implement work practices that will improve both efficiency and quality of work produced.
In addition, you will adhere to safe working practices and contribute to the creation and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment, ensuring personal protective equipment is worn in compliance with Health & Safety practices at the plant.
Participation in staff training and development activities is also expected to improve present and future performance.
Responsibilities
* Producing and dispatching products to defined specifications
* Meeting daily production targets to ensure customer satisfaction
* Working with the supervisor and other team members to improve efficiency and quality of work produced
* Adhering to safe working practices
* Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment
Requirements
* Full Clean Drivers Licence
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy production environment
* Capacity to take direction and work independently
* Capability of maintaining high levels of quality control
