Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all projects are executed in alignment with contractual obligations and governance frameworks.
2. Oversee the quality assurance and maintain the overall integrity of projects.
3. Manage the delivery of each project to meet the agreed-upon quality standards timelines and budget constraints.
4. Handle communications with all stakeholders effectively.
5. Identify and manage risks that could impact the successful completion of the project.
6. Coordinate all aspects of project execution.
7. Provide regular progress reports on projects.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties and vendors.
9. Develop detailed project plans to be shared with clients and team members.
10. Supervise the delivery of projects on behalf of clients overseeing the progress of the design team and main contractor.
11. Report on financial and construction milestones to Directors acting as a primary point of contact for clients consultants and the project team.

Requirements:

* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* The ideal candidate should be a confident and capable individual who can take initiative and function effectively both as a team member and independently. A self-starter with a keen interest in learning modern research methods is essential.
* A proactive can-do attitude is crucial along with a flexible approach to all tasks and responsibilities.
* Foster a positive team environment contributing a supportive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Confidentiality and discretion are critical aspects of this role.
* Strong ability to follow direction coupled with excellent listening skills.
* Must demonstrate the capacity to meet the role's demands immediately.
* Relevant prior experience is required.
* A relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Engineering Building Surveying Quantity Surveying or Architecture is essential.
