Customer Service Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to work in a hybrid environment. As a key member of our team, you will provide information on pension payments, handle requests on missing payments, and offer consultancy concerning efficient payment methods. Your expertise will help clients achieve consistent high performance and meet their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Information on Pension Payments: Answering client queries regarding pension payments, handling missing payment requests, and providing updates on cheque payments.
• Handle Questions on International Payments: Process changes of personal data and customer addresses, handle enquiries on payment methods, Western Union and cheque payments.
• Miscellaneous Queries: Handling queries relating to proof of life procedures, providing information on miscellaneous queries.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment, preferably in finance, banking, payments, or pensions sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with established quality standards and timeliness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively.
