Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts
Identify new business opportunities within current client base
Support customer service, issue resolution, and account reviews
Work closely with sales and operations teams to support service delivery
Maintain client records, schedules, and territory account mapping
Assist with collections and invoicing coordination when required
Requirements
Minimum 5 years account management experience
Logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry experience
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with logistics systems and CRM tools
Sales or account management certification (preferred)
