Facilities Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of our building systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of key building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and life safety systems.
2. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and manage a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
3. Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized facilities projects, from system upgrades and equipment installations to office reconfigurations.
4. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair work.
5. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety (EHS), and environmental regulations.
Requirements
* A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or a related technical field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a facilities engineering or maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing, corporate, or industrial environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Experience with building management systems is a plus.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
