Job Title: Brand Manager
The role of a Brand Manager is critical in maintaining relationships between brands while maximizing commercial opportunities.
This varied role requires both strategic development and implementation, with a focus on driving volume and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship between brands and coordinating commercial and operational activities, including identifying and implementing commercial opportunities and developing viable programmes and initiatives for mutual benefit.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Business/Strategy/Economics/Statistics or related discipline and at least 5 years' experience in a similar environment, with a financial or commercial background. They must be able to negotiate and deliver performance, possess excellent analytical and numeric skills, and be fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage effective working relationships and coordinate commercial and operational preparation for joint meetings.
* Understand brands and objectives, creating clearly aligned plans to drive volume and financial performance.
* Identify and implement commercial opportunities, developing viable programmes and initiatives for mutual benefit.
* Measure, monitor and evaluate company performance, recommending commercial opportunities to hit objectives.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with brand strategic objectives.
* Develop integrated retention and loyalty strategies for the brand.
