Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level.
The Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both new and existing accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships, upsell and cross-sell services, and communicate new features and enhancements to the product team. Additionally, you will track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of both new and existing accounts
* Retten and grow revenue within your accounts
* Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships
* Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts
* Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team
* Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients
Requirements:
Experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management (experience with online ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Experience in a sales or account management role. Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing. Experience interfacing with clients and providing strategic insights. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Office G Suite).
