A dedicated Test Team has been established to assure the quality, reliability, and performance of these systems.As Intermediate Test Manager, you will play a key role in leading the testing function across a complex multi-system environment.A snapshot of your key responsibilities as an Intermediate Test Manager would be:Define and own the test strategy for a large, complex, multi-system programmeLead and coordinate test teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring consistent and high-quality deliveryEstablish test governance, KPIs, quality gates, and executive-level reportingDrive adoption of test automation, CI/CD integration, and modern testing toolsIdentify quality risks early and implement effective mitigation strategiesPartner with engineering, product, architecture, and business teams to align on quality outcomesChampion continuous improvement, lean testing practices, and shift-left / shift-right approachesOversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release readinessCoach and mentor testers, supporting capability development across the organisationCommunicate quality insights clearly and influence senior stakeholdersRequirements:Significant experience developing test strategies for large-scale, complex digital programmesProven experience leading test teams across concurrent projectsStrong background in test governance, quality assurance, and reportingExperience driving automation and CI/CD practices within test functionsDemonstrated ability in risk-based testing and proactive quality managementExperience testing integrated systems across web, mobile, and enterprise platformsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersDesirable:Experience working with CRM platformsExperience testing mobile applications and real-time integrationsExposure to large enterprise or public sector programmesExperience working in Agile / DevOps environmentsSo, are you ready to join our team?It's important to remember,emagineis an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
