About the job: Queen's Business School (QBS) at Queen's University Belfast is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Information Systems / Operations Management / Operational Research. About the person: Essential Criteria: A completed PhD (or very close to completion for Lecturer) in Information Systems / Operations Management / Operational Research or cognate disciplines.An established programme of research activity and dissemination of original, high-quality research in Information Systems / Operations Management / Operational Research in line with accepted norms for Lecturer / Senior Lecturer.A sustained track record of high-quality peer reviewed Information Systems / Operations Management / Operational Research publications as appropriate to norms for Lecturer / Senior Lecturer.Evidence of the ability and willingness to teach (for Lecturer) / significant experience of teaching and assessing (for Senior Lecturer) modules at university level in one or more of the following areas: Business analytics, Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Cybersecurity, Data mining, Business applications of emerging technologies, Design thinking with digital technologies, and Blockchain technologies.Demonstrable ability to advance the teaching and research goals of QBS.
