**First Shift Production Supervisor**The 1st Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for ***** team members.
This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action.
The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team.
**1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 5am-3:30pm; Saturdays, as needed****What You Will Do:*** Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
* Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
* Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
* Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.
