Spa Operations Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations, including reception, gym, leisure area, and treatment rooms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support with daily operational tasks across multiple departments.
2. Ensure reception coverage is maintained whenever required.
3. Conduct thorough walks of the Spa areas at the start and end of each shift, verifying completion of checklists by team members.
4. Evaluate cleanliness and maintenance standards, reporting any issues promptly.
5. Coordinate departmental briefings when necessary in the absence of the Spa Manager.
6. Attend meetings as requested in the Spa Manager's absence.
7. Address and resolve performance-related matters affecting team members.
8. Monitor adherence to employee handbook and hotel grooming policies among team members.
9. Manage Time and Attendance Systems, monitoring usage effectively.
10. Roster team members according to working time regulations, complete rosters, and process payroll accurately.
11. Collaborate with colleagues to meet Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets.
12. Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
13. Implement Spa Standards using LQA and Anantara SPA operating procedures.
14. Train and develop spa therapists to maintain high service delivery standards.
15. Conduct regular quality self-assessments.
16. Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and exceed their expectations.
17. Maximize Spa revenue through effective yield management and booking strategies.
18. Oversee booking platforms and email communications.
19. Maintain accurate administration records.
20. Perform monthly stock takes and manage inventory within SAP efficiently.
21. Resolve invoicing discrepancies related to Spa orders.
22. Analyze guest feedback and contribute to implementing solutions addressing comments.
