Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive seeking to excel in a fast-paced sales performance-based role.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving daily customer engagement through in-person meetings, Zoom calls, phone calls, and email, including quote follow-up. All activities, including pipeline management, will be logged in the CRM and Business Management system.
Maintaining Existing Relationships and Growing Customer Base
The successful candidate will maintain, develop, and grow an existing portfolio of customers while winning new customers. This will involve identifying leads from multiple sources, including email outreach and follow-up, and managing daily activities effectively.
Project Deliverables and Team Collaboration
The Business Development Executive will ensure project deliverables are met by closely monitoring and liaising with the production team and suppliers. They will drive long-term growth by building strong relationships with the team and customers.

* Excellent team, negotiation, influencing, and sales closing skills
* Excellent communication skills, professional phone manner, and customer focus
* Strong understanding and ability to ensure standards and processes of Quality (ISO standard), Health, Safety, and Environment are upheld
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites, Data extraction, and ability to run reports as required
* A strong educational background and fluent in English
