Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our team for approximately 3 months. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive administrator with a keen interest in research and education.

* Programme Management
* Funding Claims, Approvals and Reporting
* Liaising with Higher Education Institutes and State Bodies
* Project Management and review
* Co-ordination of Meetings
* Assist with the organisation of meetings, conferences, and other events
* Weekly & Monthly Reporting
* Support the Programme Team with Ad hoc Administration
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Level 7 qualification is essential
* Excellent project and programme management skills with a minimum of 3 years experience in administration
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent report writing skills required
* Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail, ability to analyse large data and producing reports in both MS Excel & MS Word
* Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite of Programmes, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
