This is a large-scale DCS migration project involving the transition of legacy control systems to Emerson DeltaV across multiple phased workstreams in a regulated GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
DeltaV design, configuration, and system architecture
Migration of legacy control systems (Foxboro experience advantageous)
Full lifecycle delivery including design, commissioning, and optimisation
Work within validated GMP manufacturing environments
Support system upgrades and automation improvements
Required Experience:
Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV
Background in GMP / regulated manufacturing (pharma, biotech, or similar)
Strong automation engineering and troubleshooting capability
Experience with legacy DCS systems (e.g. Foxboro) beneficial
