The business operates from multiple locations and offers a collaborative, professional environment with a strong commitment to career development and high-quality client outcomes.The RoleAs a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on residential mortgage solutions, helping clients navigate the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to drawdown. You will work with a wide range of lenders and products, delivering tailored advice based on each client's financial profile and objectives.This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong commercial awareness, deep product knowledge, and a proven ability to convert enquiries into completed business.Role ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on residential mortgage solutions, matching products to their financial needs.Manage the full mortgage journey from enquiry through to drawdown.Assess affordability and credit suitability in line with lender criteria.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional introducers.Deliver a consistently high standard of client service.Achieve personal and team sales and completion targets.Maintain accurate client records and case files within CRM systems.Identify opportunities to introduce clients to wider financial services offerings.Market, Product & ComplianceMaintain strong knowledge of lender policies, products, and credit standards.Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.Ensure all client files and documentation meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.Operate in line with conduct and consumer protection requirements.About You3+ years' experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services.QFA qualified.Strong track record of writing and completing mortgage business.Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.Commercially driven with a strong customer-first mindset.Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline.Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.RemunerationA competitive base salary, commission/bonus structure and a hybrid working model (2 days WFH per week) is on offer.If this role is of interest to you, please feel free to reach out to me at If you know of any friends or colleagues who might suit this role and would like to refer them, you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place them.
