Role Overview:
We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team, focusing on managing delinquent accounts with sensitivity and professionalism. This role involves implementing revised payment structures and legal strategies when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks affecting our portfolio and ensure informed decision-making. They will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tools that enhance reporting quality and provide valuable insights.
* Manage delinquent accounts and implement revised payment structures and legal strategies as needed
* Analyse financial and non-financial information to gain insights into the operations of leading eCommerce companies
* Quantify and assess risks affecting the Wayflyer portfolio, ensuring informed decision-making
* Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to develop tools enhancing reporting quality and providing valuable insights
* Work closely with management to develop and implement new processes and refine existing products
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a business or finance-related university degree or master's. Previous experience in an insolvency or collections environment is preferred but not essential. You should be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with SQL experience being advantageous.
