Stocked in over 240 locations in Ireland and recently launched in Brown Thomas, CurlyCo by Denise Walsh is Ireland's fastest growing and most popular hair care range for Curly hair.Role Responsibilities include:Overseeing the supply chain, from production to final delivery, to ensure efficient movement of goods, timely deliveries, and cost optimization.Planning logistics operationsManaging inventory and warehousing and coordinating transportationManaging componentry orders and liaising with manufacturer and filling agentsPlacing PO's for orders and forecasting expensesLiaising with suppliers and customers, and leading teams to improve processesCustomer service managementManaging relationships with the National Distributor and direct retailersPoint of sale and retailer managementPersonal Profile of Suitable Candidates:Strategic thinking, leadership, excellent communication, and analytical skills,Key skills & Experience Required:Strategic Planning & Optimization: Showcase your ability to develop and implement strategies for optimizing logistics operations, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs.Supply Chain Expertise: Detail your experience in managing complex supply chains, inventory, procurement, and distribution.Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals, fostering collaboration and positive change.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Emphasize your strong analytical mindset and proven ability to solve problems within the logistics environment.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Highlight your excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.Experience required:2-5 years in a project management, operations or logistic roleExperience of Shopify Stocky App and understanding of Shopify Analytics is a plusExperience with Beauty Packaging experience is also a plus but not essentialCosmetics/Beauty industry experience is a plus.Salary & PackageThis is a part time role of approx. 24 hrs a week with opportunity to work from home for half of the weekly hours.
