Key job responsibilities
Bearbeitung täglicher Bestellanforderungen, Support-Tickets und Web-Anfragen
Bearbeitung von Rechnungsanfragen und Abstimmungen
Verwaltung des Bestellungsprozesses
Einrichtung und Pflege von Lieferantenstammdaten für das Beschaffungsnetzwerk
Proaktives Management und Reduzierung der Anzahl ausstehender Rechnungen / Invoices on Hold (IOH) / zur Gewährleistung eines robusten Purchase-to-Pay-Prozesses

Qualifications
Fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Relevante Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) im professionellen Umfeld
Vorerfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in großen Organisationen
Formale Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder im Beschaffungswesen, Bachelor-Abschluss erforderlich
Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
Fähigkeit zur Prioritätensetzung in einem komplexen, schnelllebigen Umfeld, gutes Zeitmanagement
