Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging small-group and personal training sessions that meet our standards.
* Provide safe, effective, and tailored coaching to clients of all fitness levels.
* Build positive relationships with members, supporting them in achieving their goals.
* Contribute to creating a motivating and inclusive training environment.
* Perform fitness assessments, goal-setting, and progress tracking for members.
* Educate clients on proper technique, injury prevention, and lifestyle habits that support health.
* Support gym operations, including member onboarding, cleaning, maintenance, social media, and community engagement.
Requirements
* A qualified Fitness Coach (minimum EQF Level 3 or equivalent).
* A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate, encourage, and support clients in a positive and compassionate way.
* A team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
* Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to grow and develop.
* Experience in small-group training, strength & conditioning, or nutrition support is an asset.
