The Role
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving the expansion of the Nuvo Charge network across Ireland. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and securing new venue partners for the installation of charging units in high dwell-time environments.
This is a national field-based role requiring a proactive and self-sufficient sales professional who can generate leads, manage a pipeline, close partnerships, and ensure successful installation and onboarding of new locations. The role is central to the continued growth of the Nuvo Charge network and revenue expansion.
What You’ll Do
Identify, prospect, and secure new venue partnerships across Ireland
Conduct in-person meetings with venue owners and decision-makers to present and close opportunities
Deliver clear and compelling product demonstrations and value propositions
Generate your own leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities
Follow up consistently on all prospects to drive deal progression
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with venue partners
Coordinate and support successful installation of Nuvo Charge units
Ensure smooth onboarding of new venue locations
Achieve and exceed monthly installation and sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
Provide feedback and insights from the field to support commercial strategy
Represent the Nuvo Charge brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in field sales or direct business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
Ability to work independently across a national territory
Full, clean driving licence
Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow-up approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
Experience in hospitality, venue-based, or B2B field sales
Understanding of partnership-based or recurring revenue sales models
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
Interest in technology-enabled consumer solutions or retail tech
