• Providing guidance and support to people managers on performance management tools and techniques
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum CIPD qualification and third-level degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resource function
