Camphill Communities of Ireland are recruiting for a Community Administrator.

Purpose of Post

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a professional administrative service supporting various activities within Camphill Community and assist the management team. Responsibilities include Financial, Payroll, HR, Training, and ancillary activities.

Key Responsibilities

The duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Financial: Managing petty cash, purchase management, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and maintaining supplier relationships.
* HR Functions: Recruitment, onboarding, maintaining personnel files, Garda vetting, managing HR databases, leave management, staff supervision records, training coordination, and supporting disciplinary processes.
* Payroll & Rosters: Using payroll software, preparing payroll, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with staff rosters and cover arrangements.
* Other Duties: Team collaboration, reception management, record keeping, meeting attendance, report preparation, community event support, vehicle and transport management, resident record maintenance, and administrative support for HIQA documentation.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

* Minimum leaving certificate required.
* Third Level or Business Administration qualification desirable.
* At least 1 year’s administrative experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and related software.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, reliability, and adaptability.

Role Details

* Salary Scale: Grade 3 (€33,051 - €44,466)
* Location: Ballymoney, Gorey, Co. Wexford
* Contract: Permanent, Part-time (24 hours)
* Closing Date: 5 pm, 25th July 2025
