Job Description
Dynamic Sales Force Limited is seeking a Sales Trainer to train, coach, and develop sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
Duties include:
Delivering sales training programmes
Coaching and mentoring sales teams
Assessing training needs
Monitoring performance improvements
Supporting onboarding of new staff
Requirements:
Experience in sales training or coaching
Strong presentation and communication skills
Background in sales environments
Working proficiency in at least one additional language such as Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, or Pashto.
Additional language skills are required to support training and communication with a diverse sales team and customer base.
