Tendering Manager - Job Summary
As a seasoned Tendering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the future growth of our organization. We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tender strategies to win new business.
* Analyze requirements, determine pricing, and tailor proposals to specific client needs.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive and compelling tenders, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and commercial terms.
* C coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and manage the tender process.
* Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, industry standards, and legal regulations.
* Monitor and report on progress, potential risks, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or estimating.
* Proven track record working on tenders of all values, small to very large.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to develop good relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Fluency in English, both written and oral.
