Are you a data-driven Revenue Manager strategist with a passion for maximising revenue?
Due to an internal restructure, this close-knit team are now seeking an experienced and motivated Revenue Manager to join their growing hotel and lead our efforts in optimising rates, maximising occupancy, and boosting profitability.
Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager:
* Analyse market trends and competitor rates to develop pricing strategies
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly hotel performance reports
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations to drive revenue across all channels
* Manage inventory and distribution on various online platforms
* Provide accurate forecasting and budgeting to support business decisions
* Implement and fine-tune revenue management software and tools
Requirements
* Proven experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), PMS, and channel managers
* Strong understanding of OTA/extranet platforms and how to leverage them
* Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
