About Your New Employer Our client works within the construction industry, located in Citywest, County Dublin. They are looking for a maternity cover for a minimum of 12 months, on a fixed-term contract. This role would be on a hybrid working model, working 3 days on-site each week. Additionally must be flexible to travel to different job sites across the Leinster region. About Your New Job Partner with the leadership team to deliver people strategy Manage the full employee life cycle Lead workforce planning, ensuring future capability goals are met Support and coach managers on performance and probation policies and procedures Develop and implement employee retention initiatives Lead and advise on employee relations investigations and hearings Drive talent management and succession planning Prepare and present HR updates at board meetings Oversee the annual pay review process Provide daily HR support and guidance across the business Contribute to process improvements of HR practices What Skills You Need Minimum 4-6 years in an HRBP role or senior HR role Ideally looking at candidates who have worked within the construction and/or engineering sectors Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Strong influencing, coaching, and presentation skills Experience of HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar Relevant third level qualification in HRM, Business or related field CIPD qualification would be desirable What’s on Offer Competitive compensation package Hybrid Working Model 26 days of Annual Leave Pension Unlimited L&D opportunities What’s Next Apply now by clicking the “Apply Now" button or call me, Katherine O’Sullivan, with my direct line, 01 474 4628.
