Financial Performance Analyst
About the Role:
This is a key position in our Credit Control Team, responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing overdue balances. You will work closely with customers to resolve outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans that benefit both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and resolving disputes efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to support debt recovery efforts and improve cash flow.
• Conduct credit assessments to inform smart, risk-aware decisions and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, providing proactive solutions and communicating effectively through various channels.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in credit control, direct debit management, and customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience in a finance team, preferably in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Business Central is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional yet assertive demeanor when required.
