Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive risk policies and procedures.
* Lead the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and reporting on financial, operational, and strategic risks.
* Oversight of Solvency and Financial Condition Report, Regular Supervisory Report, and Pillar III capital-related reporting.
Fundamental Requirements:
* Extensive experience in risk management within the Insurance sector.
* Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive risk policies and procedures.
* Strong analytical skills with capacity to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Proven stakeholder management to meet diverse needs of stakeholders while collaborating to resolve complex issues.
