Overview
Location: Drogheda. Contracted Hours Available: 42.5. The Store Manager has overall responsibility for the running of the store, with a focus on maximising sales, achieving budget targets, cost controls, customer service, and leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver.
Responsibilities
* Directly responsible for achieving budget target sales, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by all staff members
* Actively support, develop and train your team to reflect the company values and help customers celebrate their life moments to the highest standard
* Continually improve store standards by ensuring the store is merchandised to Company guidelines and stock management is maintained
