Who we are looking for
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and telephony markets.
* Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from the company's portfolio of IT and telephony products and services.
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals in line with company policies and margin expectations.
* Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
* Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
About you
* Minimum
2 years of experience in a pure sales role
within the
IT or Telephony industry
.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of IT and telephony solutions (e.g., VoIP, UCaaS, cloud telephony, networking, or managed services).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
* Professional appearance and conduct.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
