Large Irish law firm are seeking to expand their team in Cork.This role is to provide PA support to a team practicing in Banking and may also involve some light administrative support to other teams in the office. Working from their Cork office you will be responsible for:Complex diary management including managing scheduling conflicts, travel plans and itineraries, conference attendance and business development events.Preparation of business development documents, including presentations and pitches.Maintaining accurate records in the firm's CRM system including client records and BD activities.Managing all aspects of the billing process.General administrative support including scanning, printing, photocopying, opening new client files and preparing documents to house style.This is an onsite role.You will need to be able to demonstrate strong experience (ideally 3+ years) as a Legal PA in a busy commercial legal environment.You will be joining one of Ireland's top firms and work in a tight-knit team.
