Hours:
Average 34.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and every second Saturday until 1.30pm (except bank holidays)
Location:
The role is based on site at 48 Manor Road, Palmerstown, D20 R720.
No remote working is available for this role, this role is on the front line of service provision for the members of the credit union.

Is depending on experience – entry level starting at €28,000

Main Responsibilities
* Dealing with members re lodgements, withdrawals, loans, membership and current account opening and closing, etc.
* Cashing up and balancing at end of day
* Handling of foreign exchange,
* Dealing with members queries in-person, on the phone and online
* Promoting products and services to members
* Updating of system, member records, keeping notes, etc.
* Back-office support
* Administrative support
* Scanning / filing of credit agreements, membership forms, etc.
* Preparation of reports as required.
* Representing the Credit Union at promotional events
Requirements
* Understands and embraces the credit union ethos, member‑first, community‑driven, cooperative values.
* Excels at communication and relationship-building, is comfortable promoting products and services to members
* A willingness to learn and grow
* Good English language proficiency.
* A collaborative team player with a positive approach
Desired
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills
* Experience in the credit union sector is highly advantageous.
* Holds (or is working towards) QFA, CUA qualification– educational support will be provided for the right candidate.
