Performance Test Engineer
We have an immediate need for a Performance Test Engineer for our clients global consultancy based in Dublin.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with likely extension and a competitive daily rate of €550 per day. On site working will be restricted to key days as required, with the majority of work being remote.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project
* Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectives
* Prepare, deliver and record test cases based on the functional and non-functional requirements
* Track, manage and record any issues that arise during the testing lifecycle and deliver to management team
Requirements:
* Experience of using at least one performance testing tool such as; LoadRunner, JMeter, LoadUI etc
* Experience of leading a number of nonfunctional test projects through all phases
* Knowledge of test automation and relevant tools
* Knowledge of at least one programme languages such as; Python, Java, C#
* Experience of testing on various platforms including Cloud
* Proven experience of leading a team and
