Building Services Engineer Job Description
About the Role:
The Building Services Engineer is a vital member of our construction team, working on full life cycle development programmes. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of residential and regeneration projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will have responsibility for supporting delivery of Building Services Systems on designated projects.
* Support Liaison with Utility companies to ensure infrastructural requirements are understood and adhered to.
* Support monitoring of Building Services installation and commissioning works against planned progress requirement.
Requirements:
1. 5 years experience in building services engineering
2. Experience in residential sector preferably 3+ years]
3. Degree in Mechanical Engineering ideally BEng or MEng](mechanical engineer)., Bid & Tender experience] would be an advantage. If candidate prefers international they need knowledge about different legal systems perhaps next time okay anyway),
