Accounts Administrator Job
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include bookkeeping services, bank and credit card reconciliations, and preparation of VAT/ROS returns. You will also be responsible for creditor and debtor management, supplier and customer invoicing, email and phone query handling, and maintaining essential paperwork for monthly and bi-monthly company returns in consultation with accountants.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to organize and maintain filing systems meticulously, assist with online payroll functions, and have a strong awareness of data privacy to ensure integrity.

* Excellent time-keeping and punctuality skills
* Ability to adapt to varying tasks
* Proficient in bookkeeping and financial standard practices
* Accounting qualification is a distinct advantage
* Working knowledge of Management Accounts, P&L, Journals, and General Ledgers is a plus
* Must be proficient with Sage, Bright Pay, and ROS portal
* MS Office proficiency is a pre-requisite
* Good typing skills
