Branch Advisor Role
Your new role as a Branch Advisor will involve greeting and engaging with customers, guiding them to self-service options, handling basic queries and complaints, and identifying sales opportunities.
You will also be responsible for cash handling, processing, and managing cash and cheque lodgements, as well as balancing cash at the end of the day.
