Customer Success Manager – Fundraising Support & Growth
About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will support and grow a network of fundraising organisations across Ireland. The role focuses on helping charities, schools, clubs, and community groups raise funds and build strong supporter communities using a dedicated fundraising platform.
This individual will work closely with fundraising teams to ensure they have the guidance, resources, and support needed to succeed, while maintaining strong relationships and helping organisations achieve growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Engage Fundraising Teams
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with fundraising organisations
2. Motivate and energise fundraising teams to achieve their goals
Monitor Fundraising Performance
3. Analyse weekly fundraising results
4. Identify trends and provide advice to increase supporter engagement and retention
Help Fundraisers Grow
5. Assist with the launch and promotion of fundraising initiatives
6. Develop and manage projects to attract new supporters and retain existing ones
7. Provide guidance, templates, promotional materials, and website updates
Administration & Reporting
8. Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation
9. Prepare reports and communications for fundraising organisations
10. Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly
Events & Exhibitions
11. Attend events and exhibitions as required
12. Set up and manage exhibition stands
13. Engage with current and potential fundraising organisations to demonstrate platform benefits
Essential Requirements
14. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. Highly customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
16. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
18. Strong data management and analysis skills
19. Positive, proactive, and a creative problem solver
20. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
21. Full Irish driving licence and access to own car
