We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Tooling Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
* Support the facilities department in scheduling maintenance works, managing records, and preparing reports.
* Assist the tooling department in planning and coordinating tooling equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
* Process purchase orders and supplier invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage planned preventive maintenance works for facilities and tooling departments.
* Assign and track reactive maintenance tasks for on-site teams or contractors.
* Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and prepare monthly reports on activities, expenditure, and requisitions.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the facilities team and assist with basic accounts administration.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities, tooling, or accounts environment.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) and experience with ERP systems and basic accounts processes is an advantage.
