Location:Northern Ireland location is preferred, but candidates based in the Republic of Ireland will also be considered

What You’ll Do
* Deliver expert training to both internal and external customers, ensuring alignment with Roche standards and compliance guidelines.
* Support customers end-to-end—from onboarding and installation to troubleshooting and ongoing relationship management.
* Drive on-site activities, including product audits, reporting, and hands-on support during launches and upgrades.
* Partner with Commercial Teams to offer valuable insights that enhance our customer experience and business performance.
* Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing the benefits of our Near Patient Care portfolio.
Who You Are

What you bring to the team:
* Solid scientific grounding—both theoretical and practical—in a healthcare or medical setting.
* Clear and confident communication, with excellent time management and sound decision-making.
* A team mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.
* A valid UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license and passport for occasional international travel.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
What you hold:
* A degree-level qualification or equivalent.
* Background in nursing, Biomedical Science (BMS), or a training-related field.
* Insight into healthcare structures across the HSE (Ireland) and HSCNI (Northern Ireland).
* Experience designing and delivering bespoke training aligned with patient pathways.
* Familiarity with medical diagnostics systems and quality assurance tools.
* A track record of troubleshooting and on-site customer support.
* Experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
