Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing residential and commercial projects, with expertise in preservation/conservation of existing listed structures.
The successful candidate will have experience in quantity surveying for multi-phase developments, including residential projects with preservation/conservation elements. They will also have knowledge of public works contracts and be able to apply their skills to a variety of sectors, including pharma, data, industrial, educational and healthcare.
A strong understanding of cost management principles is essential for this role. The ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders is also critical.
Responsibilities:
* To manage the financial aspects of construction projects
* To prepare detailed cost reports
* To liaise with clients and contractors on matters relating to costs
