We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator who will support and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring smooth coordination across hiring teams in a distributed work environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations in a fully remote environmentManage and maintain ATS data accuracy, workflows, and reportingSchedule and coordinate virtual interviews across multiple time zonesServe as the primary operations contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and remote candidatesTrack hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, recruiter capacity) and prepare regular reportsEnsure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and remote hiring regulationsPartner with People Ops, HR, and Finance on remote headcount planningDocument and improve remote recruitment processes, SOPs, and playbooksSupport recruitment projects such as system rollouts, employer branding, and global hiring initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years working with US clients is a must2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition supportStrong experience working in remote or distributed teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote settingStrong attention to detail and process-oriented mindsetProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeExperience supporting global or multi-region hiringFamiliarity with remote hiring compliance and data privacy regulationsPrevious work in tech, startups, or fast-scaling organizations
