Administrative Support Role

The Medical Secretary team is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to consultants across various specialties.

* Meet, greet, and book patients efficiently on the day of clinic visits.
* Promote a clear understanding of the patient pathway throughout the hospital.
* Ensure timely setup and expansion of clinics as required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage phone calls and referral letters from GPs in a professional manner.
* Communicate promptly with patients regarding appointment times and fees to be paid.
* Gather necessary information from other hospitals as requested by consultants.
* Process cash payments for consultants and maintain accurate records daily.
