Senior Construction Project Lead
A senior role overseeing construction activity in the UK and Ireland, ensuring projects are set up correctly, and are operating efficiently. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing shared resources and finances, coordinating with clients and design teams, and ensuring projects meet health and safety codes and quality requirements.
* Coordinate closely with client & design team during the planning and design phase to ensure that construction planning meets all stakeholder requirements.
* Develop effective budgets, and manage costs, to ensure that construction projects are delivered within established guidelines.
* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety codes, quality standards, environmental regulations, and building regulations.
* Make informed strategic decisions, providing leadership and direction to the project team, to implement those decisions effectively.
* Implement and define procedures for enhanced performance improvement.
* Evaluate personnel's compliance with company procedures.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project team to report on project progress.
* Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
* Build strong relationships with clients through open communication and collaboration.
* Work collaboratively with Senior Management on day-to-day operations, while developing future pipeline and growth strategies.
