to join our dayshift at our state-of-the-art MDF Mouldings production facility in Kill, Co. Kildare
Dayshift Hours
* Monday Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00
* Friday: 08:00 to 13:30
What Youll Do
* Lead, motivate, and direct a close-knit team of 46 colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality output.
* Champion health and safety, making sure every shift runs safely and efficiently.
* Become proficient across all production lines, setting the standard for excellence.
* Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the framework of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and FSC accreditations.
What Were Looking For
* Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
* Team Player: Proven ability to work as part of a wider manufacturing team to smash production targets.
* Communicator: Strong skills in liaising with other business functions and management.
* Safety First: NEBOSH or IOSH certification in Health & Safety Management is a distinct advantage.
* Flexible: Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
