The Nurse Specialist will have a key role in developing dementia care within the context of an evolving service and will work as part of multi-disciplinary team delivering a coordinated approach to patient requiring dementia care.
This person will be responsible for managing inpatient case-load to ensure safe provision of care at all levels.
