This role involves supporting an evolving and multi-technology IT environment, with exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud (Azure), and the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.

* Monitoring, managing, and supporting customer infrastructure

* Provisioning accounts and equipment

* Desktop support for the customer

* Supporting Windows desktops, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, O365

* Configuring Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory

* Maintaining and updating documentation

* Hardware troubleshooting

* Managing interactions with third parties

* Application troubleshooting and support

* Imaging and deployment

* Managing file permissions and access rights

* Configuring and supporting mobile devices

Role Overview

As a IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for uploading and setting up business mobile applications for deployment, supporting application teams with mobility solutions, managing Google updates, and account verification.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years in a mobile technical support environment
">
* Application support at 1st level
">
* Support for Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office
">
* Experience with Office 365 and virtualization is advantageous
">
* Customer service and call handling skills
">
* Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows 10, Microsoft MCP for Client or Server OS, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+
